PARCELS FOR SALE

The process of planning, negotiating, and developing the acreage took a number of years, but Gold Creek Development Corporation is now offering parcels for sale. The spring has been developed, approximately 5 miles of roads have been constructed, and water lines have been installed in the roads. The soils have been tested for compatibility with Septic Tanks and leach fields. Propane gas is delivered regularly from Green River, Utah, for cooking and heating. Gold Creek is the perfect site for solar energy generation. The first 3 homes at Gold Creek are successfully powered by solar.

PARCEL SIZES
Parcels are comprised of 2-15 continguous lots. (Lots range from 1/4 ac. to 1 ac.) Individual lots are not available for sale, only parcels (refer to Parcel Availability map below). Water is available in the street, and there is a dump station on site. 

FINANCING
Financing is available with a 20% down payment.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
An HOA has been established to maintain the project and establish guidelines for the character of the development.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE
Established to ensure compatibility in siting, materials, and construction.

COVENANTS
Covenants provide guidelines to protect the natural surroundings, views, and attractiveness of Gold Creek's pristine sustainable living environment. Covenants are available upon request.

VIEW PROPERTY IN 3D: The .kmz file lets Google Earth users “zoom in” to a 3-D satellite image of Gold Creek Development. Take a tour of the surrounding area and follow the road out of Gold Creek south, past Ticaboo to Bullfrog Marina and Lake Powell.
